Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Printvint Connect ("we", "us"), operated by Printvint, collects and uses personal data. Effective June 17, 2026.

1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, mobile, password (stored hashed), company name, service interests.
• Card content: the information you choose to publish on your card (public by design).
• Captured contacts (leads): details visitors submit via your card — controlled by you.
• Usage data: page views, clicks, QR scans and device/IP (IP is anonymized).

2. How we use it

To provide the service, secure your account, show analytics, and (with consent) send you product news and Printvint offers. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Roles

For contacts you capture, you are the data controller and Printvint is the processor. We never expose your captured contacts to other users; administrators see only counts, never the records.

4. Your rights (GDPR / India DPDP Act 2023)

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time — from Settings in your dashboard. Email privacy@printvint.com for help.

5. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies and, only after your consent, analytics/marketing pixels (Meta, Google). See our Cookie Policy.

6. Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords hashed (bcrypt), access on a least-privilege basis. We retain data while your account is active and delete it on request.
